We offer free shipping on all orders worldwide. No minimum order required.

Delivery Times

All touch up paint kits are custom-mixed to order. Estimated delivery times after dispatch:

• Europe: 3-5 business days
• United States & Canada: 5-7 business days
• Rest of World: 7-10 business days

Please allow 1-2 business days for order processing and paint mixing before dispatch.

Shipping Carriers

We ship via trusted international carriers including DHL, FedEx, and UPS. The carrier is selected based on your delivery location for optimal speed and reliability.

Order Tracking

You will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking information once your order has been dispatched. You can track your package using the provided tracking number.

Customs and Duties

For international orders, please note that customs duties and import taxes may apply depending on your country's regulations. These charges are the responsibility of the recipient and are not included in the product price or shipping cost.

Delivery Issues

If your package:

• Has not arrived within the estimated timeframe — contact us and we will investigate with the carrier
• Arrived damaged — contact us within 7 days with photos for a free replacement
• Was delivered to the wrong address — please ensure your shipping address is correct at checkout. We are not responsible for packages delivered to incorrect addresses provided by the customer
