We stand behind our products with a 100% money-back guarantee. If you're not completely satisfied with your touch up paint kit, you can return it within 30 days of delivery for a full refund.

Eligibility

• Returns must be requested within 30 days of delivery
• Products may be opened and partially used — we understand you need to try it
• Original order confirmation or email is required

How to Return

To initiate a return:

• Contact us through our contact form with your order number
• We will provide return shipping instructions
• Ship the product back in its original packaging if possible

Refund Process

• Refunds are processed to your original payment method via Stripe
• Processing time: 5-10 business days after we receive the return
• You will receive an email confirmation when the refund is issued

Wrong Color Received

If we sent the wrong color, we will ship the correct product at no additional cost and provide a prepaid return label for the incorrect item. Please contact us immediately.

Damaged Products

If your order arrives damaged, please contact us within 7 days with photos of the damage. We will send a replacement at no charge.

Exceptions

Refunds are not available for orders placed more than 30 days ago, unless the product is defective or the wrong item was shipped.
